Project objectives:
- Streamlining processes and increasing efficiency
- Relieving employees and reducing stress by improving communication with suppliers
- Enabling tracing of parcels in one place
Ultimately, the goal was to prepare all processes within the company for growing traffic in the online shop by using future-proof automation tools to manage orders. The system operates as follows:
- Customers place orders for a custom set of items from the e-commerce database.
- The order's data is then sent to multiple shipping services and CRMs.
- The best and most economical shipping option is selected for the order. The choice is based on location, package size and available options.
- The shipment tracking app receives the order information from APIs, which can be accessed through the panel.
- Thanks to the integration with TrackingMore software, labels and alerts are collected in the app, even for unpopular carriers.

We worked for a US-based merchandising company. Their core principle is to focus on brand promotion and recognition. They provide branded products with custom logos and details printed on them.
They offer accessories like calendars, clocks, toys, desk items and even food and drinks. The products are manufactured on-demand and shipped within a few days. You can place an order both as a retail and wholesale customer.
