First for cost optimization - Shippo, second for e-mail customization - Sendgrid.

This custom made tracking tool allows managing multiple delivery operations within one place and is also open for further extensions. Integration with TrackingMore makes it easy to add full-fledged support for new carriers. As a result, the amount of time required to search and print labels is reduced to a minimum, regardless of the courier company.

Ultimately, the goal was to prepare all processes within the company for growing traffic in the online shop by using future-proof automation tools to manage orders. The system operates as follows:

  • The order's data is then sent to multiple shipping services and CRMs.
  • The best and most economical shipping option is selected for the order. The choice is based on location, package size and available options.
  • The shipment tracking app receives the order information from APIs, which can be accessed through the panel.
  • Thanks to the integration with TrackingMore software, labels and alerts are collected in the app, even for unpopular carriers.
