Marotino builds custom software for businesses that need things done correctly — fintech platforms, e-commerce systems, AI-powered tools, mobile apps, and legacy modernization. We work with startups launching their first product and with established companies fixing the mess left by previous vendors.
We are not a staff-augmentation shop that rents you bodies. We are not a consultancy that hands you a slide deck and leaves. We are an engineering studio: we own the problem, design the solution, build it, test it, ship it, and support it. That full-cycle ownership is why clients come back.
What we do not do: we do not take on projects we cannot staff with senior engineers, we do not over-promise to win a deal, and we do not disappear after go-live. If a project is outside our expertise, we say so. That honesty is the foundation of every long-term relationship we have built.

We structured Marotino with two independent entities so clients in different markets get the right legal and tax setup — without any difference in who does the work or how we do it.
Our European entity serves clients across the EU, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Incorporated in Cyprus — an EU member state — which makes it a natural fit for companies that need EU-compliant software vendors, GDPR coverage, and invoicing in EUR.
Our American entity serves clients across North and South America. Incorporated in Florida, registered with the BBB, and built for companies that want a US-based vendor relationship, USD invoicing, and alignment with US regulatory frameworks.

Over 10+ years of hands-on engineering and leading delivery teams, he has worked across fintech, logistics, e-commerce, hospitality, and healthcare — not as a consultant who parachutes in with advice, but as the person responsible for making the software actually work.
