This CCPA Compliance page describes how Marotino INC ("Marotino," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses the personal information of California residents ("consumers" or "you") in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA").

1. Scope

This notice applies to California residents as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. Marotino INC is the business entity responsible for handling personal information of consumers who interact with our services in the Americas and Asia. For users located in the EU and Middle East, Marotino CY LTD serves as the responsible entity and is governed by separate privacy obligations.

2. Categories of Personal Information Collected

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers:

• Identifiers: Name, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide through our contact form.
• Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information: Pages visited, referring URLs, browser type, device type, IP address, and interaction data collected through cookies and server logs.
• Geolocation Data: Approximate (country-level) location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation data.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you (via contact forms or email) and automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies when you visit our website.

4. Business Purpose for Collection

We collect and use personal information to respond to inquiries, improve our website, ensure security, and comply with applicable laws.

5. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Marotino does NOT sell your personal information. We have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months and have no plans to do so.

Marotino does NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA

As a California resident, you have the following rights: right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt-out of sale or sharing, right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and right to non-discrimination.

7. Verification Process

When you submit a request to know, delete, or correct personal information, we are required to verify your identity before fulfilling the request by matching at least two data points you provide with data points we already maintain.

8. Response Timing

Upon receiving a verifiable consumer request, we will acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days of receiving it.

9. Sensitive Personal Information

Marotino does not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, including Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, genetic data, biometric information, health data, or sexual orientation.

10. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years from the date of submission. Usage logs and analytics data are retained for 12 months from the date of collection.

11. Changes to This Notice

We may update this CCPA Compliance notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our website or by sending you an email prior to the changes becoming effective.
