Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 22, 2026

We want marotino.com to be easy to use for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as our reference when we design and test the site.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with headings and page landmarks.
  • A "Skip to content" link and full keyboard access, including menus and the language switcher.
  • A visible focus indicator.
  • Text and interface contrast checked against WCAG AA.
  • Text alternatives for images that carry meaning.
  • Reduced animation when your system asks for less motion.
  • Language and text direction set correctly across 19 language versions, including right-to-left Arabic and Hebrew.
  • Forms with labels and error messages that screen readers announce.

How we check

We test the main page templates with automated tools (axe-core, Lighthouse) and by hand with the keyboard. The most recent review took place in October 2026.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site come from other companies: the chat window, the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check on the contact form and embedded video. These may not fully meet the same standard. Some older articles and images may lack full descriptions.
