Service — UX/UI Design
UX/UI Design
Great software starts with great design. We research, prototype, and design digital interfaces that users actually understand — and that convert. From early-stage wireframes to full design systems ready for handover to engineering.
Design is not decoration — it is conversion.
Bad UX costs more in lost users and support tickets than good design ever costs to build. We design with business outcomes as the north star.
Research-Based Decisions
Every design decision is backed by user interviews, competitive analysis, or usability data. No design by committee or personal taste.
Higher Conversion Rates
Clear hierarchy, reduced friction, and tested user flows directly increase sign-ups, purchases, and feature adoption.
Accessibility by Default
WCAG 2.1 AA compliance built into every design. Accessible design is better design — for every user, not just users with disabilities.
Engineering-Ready Handover
Figma files with auto-layout, component libraries, design tokens, and annotated specifications. No interpretation needed by developers.
End-to-end UX/UI design
From early discovery research to production-ready design systems — we cover the full design lifecycle.
UX Research & Discovery
User interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluation, and journey mapping. We uncover what users actually need.
Information Architecture
Site maps, user flows, navigation design, and content hierarchy — the blueprint before any pixels are moved.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma. Validate with users before development starts.
UI Design & Visual Systems
Pixel-perfect UI design with consistent typography, colour, spacing, and component libraries. Every screen, every state.
Design System Creation
Scalable component libraries in Figma with design tokens, variant management, and documentation — ready for engineering.
Usability Testing
Moderated and unmoderated usability tests with real users. Synthesised findings with clear recommendations for improvement.
Mobile UI Design
Native iOS (HIG) and Android (Material Design 3) UI design. Platform-specific patterns with your brand identity applied.
Design Audit & Review
We audit your existing design for usability issues, accessibility failures, and inconsistencies. Prioritised findings with fixes.
From research to dev-ready — structured
Research & Discovery
User interviews, competitive benchmarking, and analytics review. We define the problem before designing the solution.
Information Architecture
User flows, site maps, and navigation design. The logic before the visuals — validated with stakeholders before moving forward.
Design & Prototyping
Wireframes to high-fidelity UI in Figma. Interactive prototypes tested with real users — iteration cycles until it is right.
Handover & Support
Annotated Figma files, design tokens, component docs, and design QA support during development. Nothing lost in translation.
Common questions
What is the difference between UX and UI design?
UX (User Experience) design focuses on how a product works — user research, information architecture, user flows, and usability. UI (User Interface) design focuses on how it looks — typography, colour, components, and visual hierarchy. Both are essential, and we deliver both.
Do you conduct user research?
Yes. We conduct user interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability tests depending on your project stage and budget. Research findings directly inform every design decision — we do not design in a vacuum.
What tools do you use for design?
We work primarily in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems. We use Maze and UserTesting for usability tests, Hotjar for analytics review, and Miro for workshops and journey mapping.
Can you design both mobile and web interfaces?
Yes. We design for web (responsive, mobile-first), iOS (following Human Interface Guidelines), and Android (Material Design 3). Each platform has its own interaction patterns and we design natively for each.
What is a design system and do I need one?
A design system is a library of reusable UI components, design tokens (colours, typography, spacing), and usage guidelines. You need one if you have more than one designer, more than one product surface, or if design/engineering consistency is a recurring problem.
Do your designs meet accessibility standards?
Yes. We design to WCAG 2.1 AA as a minimum — colour contrast ratios, focus states, semantic labelling, touch target sizes, and screen reader compatibility. We also run accessibility audits on existing designs.
How do you hand over designs to developers?
We deliver organised Figma files with auto-layout, named layers, component libraries, design tokens, responsive breakpoints, and written specifications for complex interactions. We also join developer sprint kick-offs to answer questions.
How much does UX/UI design cost?
A landing page design starts from $2,500. A full web application UX/UI (research through final screens) runs $15,000–$40,000. A design system starts from $12,000. Mobile app design starts from $10,000. We scope precisely after an initial brief.
